The flats

In the first building, colour is the most important element and gives to the spaces a great vitality: the green

of the grass, the blue sky and water, the yellow of the sun reflect themselves the same colours that guests

can find inside and that identify the flats: Blue, Green, Yellow.

A very important thing has been the research and choice of materials, finishes, essences of woods, fabrics

and decorations, elements that have made it possible to customize this ancient and already wonderful

place.

All the flats have big and bright rooms, large bathrooms and a kitchen with a wonderful period style

fireplace and modern appliances from the best brands (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, washing

machine), then each flat is even equipped with satellite TV.

Blue Flat

An external staircase takes to this flat which consists of kitchen, bathroom with shower, living room, two bedrooms: one of those bedrooms is realized into the tower, which characterizes the building, so it overlooks the park with the centuries old trees.

Green Flat

It is situated on the ground floor to let the access for disabled people. It is composed of kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and one bedroom. The distinctive feature of this flat is its particular vaulted Tuscan cotto ceiling.

Yellow Flat

It is on two levels: on the ground floor you find living room, bathroom and a large kitchen, on the first floor there are two bedrooms (one with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

Villa Flat

The guests can stay even in the manor house (the Villa), where we find a flat of 200 sqm with four bedrooms ( three doubles and one single), a dining and a living room with period style furniture, two bathrooms, one with shower and Jacuzzi bath and one with shower, a kitchen with antique fireplace and walk-in pantry. The flat has even two terraces with a wonderful view over the surrounding countryside and over the pool of the Agriturismo. Every room in the villa communicates its own personality and charm thanks to the refined furniture that mix antique and modern elements.

Staying in the farm Pallerino will have the chance 'to discover not only the cities' art such as Florence, Siena and Pisa close to him but also to rediscover the pleasures almost forgotten with the tasting of products.
