In the cellar, there is still the evidence of the ancient activity of Pallerino, in fact there is still the ancient
stone olive mill that, even if out of use, keeps on showing its charm.
Now the farm, for the olive harvest, uses mechanical equipment and goes to the cooperative oil mills for
the milling: in the farm the extra-virgin oil can be bought.
